A free 15-minute telephone consultation with Dr. Julie K is an opportunity to explore how you can work together. In a private, non-judgmental space, you can openly share what you’re seeking and receive honest feedback about whether you’re a good fit. Feel free to ask as many questions as needed to make an informed decision. During this call, you can also inquire about sliding scale slot openings and application details.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there is a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee with proper documentation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We may offer a one-time waiver for a no-show at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. First-Time Clients: We offer a grace period for first-time clients to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. Please note that this exception is for your first appointment only.
